When will my items be shipped?
Most orders are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. It can take longer for bulk orders or orders placed during the holiday season. We are excited to prepare, package, and ship your items as quickly as possible.
Shipping times are calculated using business days, which are Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped out. If you have not received your item within 2 weeks of ordering, please contact sales@cypressmagnetco.com.
Where are my items shipping from?
All items will ship from Texas.
How will my items be shipped?
Items are shipped using either UPS or USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally currently.
Can I make a change to or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at sales@cypressmagnetco.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been completed yet, we are happy to make changes. If the order has already been made, we will not be able to make any changes due to the personalization of the items we sell.
How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
Shipping has a flat rate of $5.95, no matter the order size or shipping destination.

What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us, within 14 days of receiving your order, by emailing sales@cypressmagnetco.com so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number, and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control and prevent the same situation in the future.
